Who runs this
Witness Score is an independent directory. It compares a video notary, a mobile notary who drives to you, and a bank or UPS counter. Questions about this page go to hello@witnessscore.com. We do not publish a street address or phone number here.
The site URL is https://witnessscore.com. This site does not collect WHOIS data from visitors.
What we do not collect
There are no user accounts. There are no forms that store your name, email, or other personal information on our own servers. There is no comments section. There is no newsletter. We do not run Google Tag Manager, ads pixels, Bing UET, Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or a homegrown counter.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Pages include Google’s gtag.js in the initial HTML so the tag is present. Consent Mode v2 sets analytics_storage to granted, so visits are counted. ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization stay denied. Ads features and Google Signals stay off. The script may load.
GA4 counts visits and which pages are read. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, and may receive an IP address, a browser string, and the page URL. While counting is on, we may record clicks on Official page buttons and other outbound partner links, including the destination and the page you were on.
Cookies
The only first-party cookie-like value we set ourselves is a small browser storage flag that remembers Allow cookies or Do Not Sell. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal counts as a no. So does Do not sell or share. Either one sets analytics_storage to denied before the tag is configured on the next page, and any _ga cookies are cleared.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell a visitor list. We do not have a first-party marketing database. Sending usage data to Google can still count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out of that share.
Use the cookie notice button labeled Do not sell or share. Use the same words in the site footer. Or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. Any of those stores a deny choice and sets analytics_storage to denied. Allow cookies stores an accept choice, and analytics stays granted. You can also email hello@witnessscore.com and ask.
Ordinary host logs
Like most websites, the host keeps ordinary server logs when a browser requests a file. Those logs typically include an IP address, a browser string, and the URL. That is how a static host serves pages and debugs errors. It is not a Witness Score watch program. We do not turn those logs into a product.
Links to vendors
If you follow a paid referral from this site, that company’s site can set its own cookies. We do not control those cookies or those sites. How commissions work is on the affiliate disclosure.
Fonts
The typefaces are Source Sans 3 and Source Serif 4. They are hosted as files on this site under the SIL Open Font License. Pages do not load typefaces from a third-party font service.
